Over 60,000 Kenyans from across the country started arriving at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani in Nairobi City County as early as 3 am Tuesday morning ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of the President-elect, Dr. Williams Ruto as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya.
