Ugandan University Bans Students from wearing Mini Skirts and ripped jeans

A Ugandan university bishop Stuart University has banned students from wearing damaged/ripped jeans, mini skirts, and tattoo marks on their bodies.

The new dress code was issued by, Bishop Stuart University located in Mbarara district in the west of Uganda. It issued the new dress code to all students effective 2 December 2021.

Also, Male students have also been restricted from accessing the university premises with plaited hair, earnings or pierced ears, and unkempt hair.

In the notice seen by Crux Africa, any wear that is unacceptable as addressed in the university regulations and guidelines will not be entertained by the university it Stated.
